: (1) If information is received in the department that any act is being done or is about to be done contrary to the Act or this regulation, the Director General may order the relevant inspection officer to conduct an immediate emergency inspection of the place where such work is being done or is about to be done. (2) The inspection officer as per sub-rule (1) shall conduct a casual inspection of such place and submit a report to the Director General within twenty-four hours.
